What this site collects

• What you type into the enquiry form: your name, your organisation if you give one, your email address and your message. Nothing else is collected from that form.
• An access code, if you enter one: checked against our list on the server and not stored.
• Your IP address, briefly: held in memory for up to an hour to limit how many enquiries or code attempts can come from one source. We do not write it to disk or use it to identify you.
• A note that you accepted the entry notice: kept in your browser’s session storage so the notice is not shown again on every page. It never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab.

There are no cookies, no advertising or analytics trackers and no third-party pixels on this site. Fonts and photographs are served from this domain, so loading a page tells no one else that you visited.

Why we use it

We use what you send solely to reply to your enquiry and, where you are an eligible investor, to continue a discussion about Kio Growth. We process it with your consent, which you give by submitting the form, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 [counsel to confirm the basis, and whether other laws apply to investors outside India].

Who else handles it

Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, to a Kio Cap mailbox. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests in order to serve the pages and may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a limited period. Neither may use your information for its own purposes. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else. Both providers may process data outside India [counsel to confirm cross-border wording].

How long we keep it

Your enquiry is kept in our mailbox and investor-relations records while the conversation is active, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep records of who we have dealt with. Rate-limiting data is discarded within the hour.

Your rights

Write to Karan.Sood@choicegroup.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw your consent or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Where a record must be kept for regulatory reasons we will tell you, rather than keep it without saying so. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
